Lighting is one of the mis-en-scene elements that impact a film the most. It has the ability of provoking emotions among audiences. It is used to portray how good or bad a character is. Also, lights are used to show beauty or ugliness or age of a character. There are many types of lighting like low-key, high key, natural, back lighting, and many more.
Since the films shooting is entirely internal and, and the genre of the film is a Psychological-Thriller; the lighting has to be Low-Key in most scenes. But I would use natural in some scenes and low key lighting in other scenes. Except for a few that will use ambient light. For internal shootings, external lamps and lights will be utilized.

I want to give my set a look like this by using lights. By using low key lighting, I want to give the room a suspenseful and moody atmosphere. Keeping the intensity of lights low to maintain the dark, dim atmosphere of the room.
